Summary:
Our dynamic company is seeking an experienced developer who loves working with Web 2.0. Projects will include working closely with our managers in the manipulation and customization of data, as well as writing custom code from scratch. The ideal caniddate will have a firm understanding of systems and platforms to assist in the implementation of customized application solutions. You will enjoy contributing to an exciting, team-oriented environment within a fast-paced organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently design, code, and test major features, as well as work jointly with other team members to deliver complex changes.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of programs used in the department.
• Interact with key managers and internal users regarding timelines, technical issues, and infrastructure integration.
• Define, design, and implement multi-tier web-service and database-connected programs for use with the ESET Business Systems.
• Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software testing and develops software bug fixes.
• Construct design documents and documentation to aid in maintenance and code reuse.
• Analyze and suggest improvements in the overall development process.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of PHP, SQL, HTML, Javascript, Web Services, and XML.
• Knowledge of object oriented development techniques and relational database techniques.
• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of development experience.
• Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the software development field.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, a certain degree of creativity and latitude required.
