Retail Accounts Coordinator

Position description:
The Retail Accounts Coordinator is responsible for merchandising and sales training within existing retail locations selling ESET's line of products. The Coordinator ensures all locations have proper marketing materials effectively displayed and that sales associates are aware of/knowledgeable about ESET. The Coordinator will also be responsible for conducting sales training sessions at select locations. This role requires 60-80% travel including driving to different locations within a defined territory. The Retail Accounts Coordinator is enthusiastic about providing information about our products, researching and compiling retailer needs, and selling the value of our products to retail sales staff.
Essential Functions
- Visit regional retail locations on a regular basis
- Deliver ESET value proposition to sales staff ensuring that front line employees are knowledgeable about ESET's products
- Ensure effective use of POP merchandising and proper placement of product and marketing within stores
- Occasionally secret shop locations
- Report on retail visits and outcomes of visits
- Conduit of information flow to Retail Accounts Manager providing feedback on field needs and best practice/idea sharing
- Manage the execution of corporate retail marketing plans
- Relationship building and serving as local steward of the brand
- Attend and coordinate regional tradeshows and events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in retail sales environment, merchandising or outside sales a plus
- BA in marketing or related field; preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal communication skills required
- Professional, courteous attitude to reflect ESET commitment to quality products and services
- Ability to multi task, while being detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to train front line sales staff on ESET's value
- Travel Requirements: 60-80%
- Must be willing to work from home-based office
