Summary:
The ERP Intern is a part-time position to give Information Technology and/or Business students the ability to gain valuable work-related experience prior to completing their degree. This position will do entry-level work for the Business Systems department within the ERP system. The position will coincide with the semester or quarter time-frame with the candidates school schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Will work under the direction of the ERP Manager to handle basic data clean up tasks
• Will begin to learn and develop custom reports/searches in the ERP system to support business users
• Will resolve order issues and other Tasks created during the license process
• May include some importation of lead data into the ERP system

Experience:

• Minimum two years of college coursework

Qualifications/Education:

• Must be working towards a degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology) or Business Administration
• Must be able to work independently and accomplish tasks in a timely manner
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong interpersonal skills
• Must have some technical acumen including a proclivity to pick up on technical concepts and/or learn to work with new technologies
• Must be competent in using MS Office applications, web browsers, and general internet use
• Some relational database experience or SQL writing background desired
