After purchasing your ESET security product, you should receive one email with receipt information and a second email containing your license file that includes the license expiration date and number of workstations for which the license is valid. If you do not see either email within 24 hours after purchase, please check your spam or junk email folder. If you do not receive either email message, click here to visit the lost license page to have your Username and Password resent.

If you still do not receive either message, your email address may have been mistyped during the purchasing process. In this case, please click the "NO" button below to submit a support request.

As an ESET security product home user, you may add licenses at a prorated price as long as it is within the renewal period (within 60 days before your license expires or within 60 days after your license expires).

As an ESET security product business user, you must add licenses in a 5 unit minimum quantity. If you are purchasing Bundle products, you must add to the next user level (Example: If you have a 25-User Bundle then you must move to a 50-User Bundle to add additional licenses to your existing license key).
