ESET's customers can recover a lost Username and/or Password by entering the email address used to purchase or activate the software or the Username, below.
How can I find my license? Easy, open your ESET product and hold down the "CTRL" key and the letter "U" (Ctrl+U). Your username will appear in the License details window.
NOTE: You can use this form to request the Username and Password for a license purchased directly from ESET or one of our authorized distributors or resellers. If you are using a trial version or have changed your email address since the date of purchase, please contact our Customer Care Department.
