This is a simple direct action COM and EXE infector created probably by IPV generator. It increases length of infected files by 1073 bytes. The virus body is non-professionally encrypted with help of the instruction XOR. Upon infection sound reminding shooting of a gun or machine gun can be heard from the speakers. At the same time the virus writes the following text:
Hello World !!! This is X-FILES VIRUS!!! I hate BILL GATES and his WINDOWS95!!! Ludia majte sa radi a ucte sa!!! haha Tento Virus je neskodny COM-EXE infektor, Virus ID je "AB"! Created only for GJH-LOCAL NETWORK! (c) 1997 by HELLBOY! bye-bye
If infecting takes place on Thursday the virus performs after attacking the file a computer “reboot”. In the virus body is also the following text but that is not being displayed:
